General Terms and Conditions of Partnership

1. Preamble

These terms and conditions of partnership govern the relationship between ‘My Best Team’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) and its partners (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Partner’). ‘My Best Team’ is a company specialising in lead generation, increasing traffic for its clients, administrative and financial management, digital marketing and much more.

2. Purpose of the Partnership

The purpose of the partnership is to enable the Partner to benefit from the expertise of ‘My Best Team’ in the fields of administrative and financial management, digital marketing, the creation of visual aids, the management of social networks, as well as in the improvement of online presence and e-reputation. ‘My Best Team’ undertakes to provide these services with the aim of optimising the Partner's turnover and visibility.

3. Financial conditions

The Partner undertakes to pay ‘My Best Team’ a fee based on a percentage of the annual turnover, for ALL IN missions, or a fixed monthly fee depending on the mission entrusted, with a 12-month commitment.

4. Duration and termination

The duration of the partnership is defined for an initial period specified in the individual partnership agreement. Either party may terminate the partnership by giving written notice in accordance with the conditions set out in the relevant appendices.

5. Confidentiality

The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged or obtained within the framework of the partnership. This obligation of confidentiality will continue even after the end of the partnership.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights generated or used within the framework of the partnership will remain the exclusive property of the original party, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disputes

The parties undertake to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in the performance of this partnership. Failing this, disputes will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction, according to the legislation of the Company's country.

8. Modification of the Conditions

These conditions may be modified by ‘My Best Team’ with reasonable notice. Amendments will come into force as soon as they are published on the official website of ‘My Best Team’ or as soon as they are communicated to the Partner.

9. Acceptance of the Conditions

The continuation of the partnership after the publication or communication of modifications constitutes acceptance of these modifications by the Partner.

My Best Team’ endeavours to offer the best possible services but does not guarantee any specific results resulting from the partnership.
